During my stay, I was disappointed by the overall experience at the Grand Park Bodrum Hotel. My grandmother suffered an injury that was poorly handled by the staff, reflecting a lack of proper medical care. While the rooms were ultimately comfortable, the external surroundings and customer service fell short. On the positive side, I appreciated the cleanliness of the areas we used and the generally efficient service we received during our meals.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On the positive side, the variety and quality of food were impressive, and I had a beautiful sea view from my room. However, I was disappointed with the service, particularly how they handled a serious situation with my grandmother. The condition of the hotel itself left much to be desired, with cleanliness being a significant issue in many areas.
I experienced a disappointing stay at this hotel. The dining situation was terrible, with unsanitary conditions and poor food quality. While I appreciated the animation team's efforts, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel left much to be desired. The room situation was also less than ideal, particularly with regards to air conditioning. Overall, I couldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
I had a very mixed experience at the hotel. While I enjoyed the spacious rooms and found them comfortable, the service left much to be desired, especially regarding staff attitude. In addition, the variety of food options, particularly for breakfast, was quite disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a five-star establishment. Moreover, the location had its charm but suffered from cleanliness issues and some unfinished areas, which detracted from my overall enjoyment.
I had an amazing time at Azure in Turkey, where the welcoming staff made our stay truly special. The array of kids' activities and the comfortable rooms added to the experience. However, the food options could use some improvement, and the pool maintenance was a bit lacking. Overall, I can confidently say this was my favorite holiday and I can't wait to return.
